Foundations is coaching-only — the four-pillar system (sell, quote, retain, grow) with fortnightly 1:1s. Growth adds managed Meta and Google ads on top, so you get lead volume plus the systems to close it. Elite is a full growth partnership — everything in Growth plus website, Google reviews system, social nurture, deeper sales training and direct owner access.

Ad spend is separate to our management fee and billed to your own Meta and Google accounts, so you own the assets. Most trade businesses start between $1,500 and $4,000 a month in ad spend depending on trade, service area and how fast you want to scale. We'll recommend a realistic starting number during your assessment.

Minimum 3 months so the systems have time to compound — sales scripts, quote turnaround and follow-up sequences don't fully show up in the numbers until the second and third month. After that it's month-to-month.

Yes. Most owners start on Foundations or Growth and move up as revenue lifts. You can change tier at any monthly billing cycle — we'll re-scope the deliverables so you're never paying for something you don't need.

Every package includes the Sell module. If after 30 days of working through it you haven't closed a job you'd normally have lost, we refund the portion of the fee attributable to that module — no forms, no clauses.

Foundations and Growth suit owners who already have some steady work and are ready to systemise. Elite is best for established operators scaling past the owner-operator ceiling. If you're brand new to trade business ownership, we'll usually recommend waiting until you've completed a handful of jobs so the coaching has real data to work with.
